VIBRATIONS es un trabajo de improvisaciones con sonidos, ruidos y samples desde estados de ánimo erráticos. El artista crea paisajes sonoros a partir de lo mundano, a partir de vibraciones atmosféricas, frecuencias y sonidos simples, usando y abusando de varios sintetizadores VST (freeware) y samples extraídos de freesound [punto] org.

VIBRATIONS es un álbum de 7 pistas para ser escuchado sin pretensiones, a veces detectando un paisaje sonoro familiar de excursiones al aire libre, o de incursiones a las tierras pesadillezcas del subconsciente.

VIBRATIONS is a work of improvisations with sounds, noises and samples from erratic moods. The artist creates soundscapes from the mundane, from atmospheric vibrations, frequencies and simple sounds, using and abusing various VST synths (freeware) and samples extracted from freesound [dot] org.

VIBRATIONS is a 7-track album to be listened to without pretensions, sometimes detecting a familiar soundscape of outdoor excursions, or forays into the nightmarish lands of the subconscious.

Fritz Gessler vive en Berlín, y a veces también entre Barcelona y Praga. No es un músico académico ni convencional, sino un artista sonoro que hace ruido como una forma de catarsis y diversión. Nos ofrece en su mayoría paisajes ambientales y/o ruidosos a partir de improvisaciones con sintetizadores y samplers virtuales, extrayendo y manipulando sonidos encontrados en cualquier lugar para así sumergirnos en la oscuridad más profunda de los mundos actuales.

Fritz Gessler lives in Berlin, and sometimes also between Barcelona and Prague. He is not an academic or conventional musician, but a sound artist who makes noise as a form of catharsis and fun. It offers us mostly ambient and/or noisy landscapes based on improvisations with virtual synthesizers and samplers, extracting and manipulating sounds found anywhere in order to immerse us in the deepest darkness of today's worlds.
